For electric generating projects requiring near zero emissions of NOx, CO VOC & SOx, in addition to Particulate Matter (PM) reduction while burning natural gas and distillate fuel as a back-up, all without the use of ammonia or urea, the EmeraChem EMx technology is available.

Since the introduction of EMx, EmeraChem has found that customers operating electric generating facilities at universities, hospitals, airports, or clean room manufacturing plants many times have a need to employ either an ammonia free reduction technology (AFR) or utilizing the most advanced and cleanest technology available.

Today the EMx technology and systems operate on a broad range of applications from mobile vehicles to 50 MW electric generating facilities as provided by EmeraChem or an authorized licensee.
